| Mary Herrera Relocation / Administrative Assistant Mary has brought to COIL a background that combines several years of health care services, social work, and administrative experience. Since 1997 her career focus has been to work with organizations that help others and she realizes this through her personal efforts while feeding the homeless, supplying priority necessities, and spending her holidays with those less fortunate. Mary has been married for 29 years, has one daughter, and three grandchildren.

 | Rosie Cavazos Relocation Specialist Rosie has worked primarily in the field of home health services through the CLASS program. Prior to her seven years with COIL, her extensive knowledge of the Social Services industry has been with community services for disabled and low income persons. A native Texan and avid Spurs fan, Rosie lives in San Antonio with her husband of twenty-seven years and their daughteer Erin Michelle. |
 | Wil Ramos Relocation Specialist Wil graduated from St. Mary's University with degrees in Political Science and Spanish, minoring in Philosophy. His work experience has taken him to Washington, D.C, and back to San Antonio. Wil has worked for Humana Health Insurance in community relations and client advocacy. He has been employed with The Center on Independent Living since July of 2007. |
 | Steve Saunders Relocation Specialist Having a disability (quadriplegic), Steve Saunders faces many challenges on a daily basis, but focusing on his disability is not one of them. After his accident that left him paralyzed, the doctor told his wife that Steve should be placed in a facility for those with disabilities. Steve tirelessly helps others achieve independence instead of the alternative; being institutionalized. Saunders has worked for the Center on Independent Living since 2001. |
